In Japan, origami cranes symbolize honor, good fortune, loyalty, and longevity. It is believed that if one folded 1,000 origami cranes (known as "senbazuru"), then they would be given good fortune and granted a wish.
These light-weight origami cranes are handmade from laser-cut wood and Japanese chiyogami paper. They can hang as an ornament or be displayed on a desk/shelf. They are well sealed by hand for durability. Even though they are water resistant due to the many layers of sealant, please do not soak them in water or display outdoors. Displaying in areas with prolonged direct sun exposure may cause the colors to fade over time. The cranes are fragile and delicate parts may break if dropped on a hard surface, so please handle with care. These cranes will last for a long time with proper care.
Each crane will be packaged individually in a protective box.
