Shipping Times
Shipping times will vary from 2-4 weeks for orders placed outside of the United States for standard shipping. Delays may occur when entering customs. We are not responsible for these delays. Refunds will not be issued for delays due to customs.

Custom Duties and Import Taxes
If you're purchasing from outside the US, your item may be subject to Import Taxes and Custom Fees upon delivery. Please research specific import regulations for your home country if you are concerned about this added expense. This added cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO:
- issue refunds on these fees
- falsify the dollar amount paid on the customs forms
- mark the merchandise as "gift"

We will cancel an order if we are asked to falsify information on customs forms. It is illegal and we are an honest business.
All international orders will include an itemized packing slip with dollar amount included even for orders that are "gifts".
