HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER?
We can combine multiple orders placed on the SAME DAY only. Orders placed on separate days will be shipped separately. We cannot add on to orders that have already been processed. Please contact us at support@chibijayshop.com for more information.

 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM / MY ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS, WHAT DO I DO?

Shipping

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?

Papers - The 6x6in & 8.5x11in sheets will be packaged in a flat rigid mailing envelope. The larger 12x18in & 18x24in sheets will be rolled up in a mailing tube. If small & large sized sheets are purchased together, we will try to fit everything into the tube.

We try to minimize the amount of packaging used so we do combine multiple sheets together. If you need me to package orders separately (for gifting purposes), please let us know.

Handmade Items - We will do our best to package everything as securely as possible to prevent any damage. All fragile items will be packaged in a small gift box.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays).


HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPPED?
A shipment notification along with tracking information will be sent to the email provided during checkout.

 

HOW DO I EDIT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

MY ORDER IS TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL TO ARRIVE. WHAT DO I DO?

Shipping delays can be caused by a number of reasons such as poor weather. If tracking has not moved in over 7 days, please contact us at support@chibijayshop.com and we will do what we can to help.

 

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it in its original condition within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

Returns will be processed and issued within 1-2 business days after we have received the return and have verified that the items are in their original condition.

SPECIAL ORDERS

CAN I ORDER A DIFFERENT SIZE SHEET OF PAPER?

Yes, we do accept custom cutting requests. Our largest sized sheets are 18x24 inches so we can cut that into any size. Please note that our paper cutter is currently only set in inches. We will only be accepting custom cut orders for sizes in 1/2" increments at this time. Cutting fee may apply. Contact us at support@chibijayshop.com for more details.


CUSTOM CUT ORDERS ARE FINAL. Returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued for custom cut orders.
