Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These rates also apply to Hawaii and Alaska deliveries.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If tracking has not moved in 7 days, please contact us at support@chibijayshop.com and we will do what we can to help.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently only ship to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Israel, Singapore, South Korea, Cyprus, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Norway, Ukraine, Iceland, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and Canada.

Shipping costs vary by country and will be calculated during checkout. 

International packages are shipped via Asendia USA. You will receive a tracking number for Asendia, and then a new tracking number will be issued once the package has been processed through your country's customs. The "final mile" delivery service varies by country, but can be found once the new tracking number has been issued. Contact us if you have issues tracking your package.

We do not collect customs duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Orders can be tracked using the tracking number provided or via the Shop Pay App. You can also contact us if you are having trouble tracking your package.

 

Damages

If your order was received damaged, please send us a pictures of the damaged packaging and product within 48 hours. We may send out a replacement order or if we no longer have the product, we will offer a refund for the damaged product.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods while we file a claim with the shipping company.


Missing/Stolen Packages

Please allow up to 24 hours after the delivery scan for the package to be delivered. Check with your surrounding neighbors to see if they may have received the package by accident. Also, check your surrounding areas as mailing tubes and larger flat mailers oftentimes cannot fit in an standard mailbox and will be left by your doorway or on your porch.

If you are unable to locate the package, contact us within 48 hours. We will contact the shipping company to retrieve the GPS coordinates of the delivery scan. This will verify whether the package was mis-delivered.

If you suspect mail theft, then a police report will need to be filed for the police to handle. We are not responsible for package loss due to theft. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a safe and secure location for delivery.

All missing package/damage inquiries must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of delivery.
