Gift cards are issued manually. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for the gift card to be issued. Gift cards will be emailed to the email address provided with the order. Gift card will be voided and no longer valid if the promotional order is cancelled or returned. There will be no expiration date on the gift card.
Check your spam box if you don't see the gift card email after your order has been shipped. If you still don't see it, then contact us at support@chibijayshop.com with your order information and we will resend the gift card code.
